When a company embraces new technology, such as Linux, there are leaders that understand the benefit and positve outcome training will provide. Matt Kinsey is the type of manager whose foresight emulates those leadership qualities. I had the pleasure to work with Matt in providing a customized technical training plan for employees at both a local and global level. Matt's understanding of his company's strategy coupled with their economic and time line requirements, provided me with invaluable knowledge needed to develop and deliver an appropriate training plan. He is extremely organized and I found him to be a very forward thinking manager. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Matt in the future.
